TO GET STARTED, INSTALL THE BLITZZ PACKAGE IN YOUR SALESFORCE ORGANIZATION, AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Click and open any Contact record or Contact layout. This will redirect you to the Layout Page.
- Drag and Drop the button “Call using Blitzz” under “Contact Details” (please see image below) and click SAVE.
- Drag and drop “Call using Blitzz” button (see image) and click Save.
