Step 1:

Copy your Blitzz Install code:

  1. In your Blitzz account, click the settings icon in the left navigation pane
  2. Navigate the Installation section
  3. In the Installation Settings section, click the Copy button to copy your code
  4. Install this code on your website

Step 2:

Install the Embed code on a WordPress website:

  1. Follow the steps above to copy your Cobrowse Embed code from your Blitzz account.
  2. Login to your WordPress account.
  3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Appearance > Editor.
  4. In the list of theme files on the right side of the editor, select your Header.
  5. Paste in the tracking code at the end of the file and select Update File.

Step 3:

See who is on your website

  1. After you have installed the Co-browse Embed code, login to your Blitzz domain (eg. domain.blitzz.co)
  2. Navigate to the Co-browse App
  3. Open your website in another browse window
  4. You should see live visitors with an option to connect.
