BlitzzCam creates a matching job with the same name, number and address. People on the ServiceTitan job who are BlitzzCam users are assigned to it.
How does BlitzzCam decide who to assign?
It matches the assigned technicians on the ServiceTitan job to BlitzzCam users by email address. Each match is assigned to the job.
What if someone on the ServiceTitan job is not a BlitzzCam user?
They are not assigned. Add them as a BlitzzCam user with the same email to bring them onto the job.
Where do photos go in ServiceTitan?
Photos taken in BlitzzCam upload to the attachments on the matching ServiceTitan job.
Where do reports go?
Reports created in BlitzzCam upload to the attachments on the matching ServiceTitan job as PDFs.
What about jobs I already have?

Do changes in ServiceTitan carry over?
Yes. Job name and status changes update the BlitzzCam job. Closed jobs are archived.
