A licensed user can create video sessions. A participant is an invitee in a video session created by someone with a license. Participants can join video sessions for free without an account from their phone, tablet or computer browser – no app download required.

All sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you would like to schedule a call in advance for a specific period of time, you can use the call scheduling feature available on our Enterprise Plan.

Yes, Blitzz is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan renews every month or year (depending on the term you choose). You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.

Blitzz Concierge is broken down into editions, which bundle some of our most popular features together into easy-to-consume packages. This helps each organization identify the appropriate level of capabilities, and cost, for its needs. Today we offer you the Professional and the Enterprise Editions. The edition you choose determines which features will be included in your Blitzz Domain. A Blitzz Domain represents a customer’s specific Blitzz URL and all of its corresponding data. Each Domain can be customized separately. There can only be one edition in any one Domain at any moment in time.
The features in each edition are summarized in the above table.
Monthly minutes do not roll over from month to month. Annual minutes can be used at any time over the course of the subscription term.
NOTE: Please note that we do not bill on a cost-per-minute model, but follow the table above.
