What happens when I create a job in AccuLynx?
BlitzzCam creates a matching job with the same name, number and address. People on the AccuLynx job who are BlitzzCam users are assigned to it.
How does BlitzzCam decide who to assign?
It matches the assigned team on the AccuLynx job to BlitzzCam users by email address. Each match is assigned to the job.
What if someone on the AccuLynx job is not a BlitzzCam user?
They are not assigned. Add them as a BlitzzCam user with the same email to bring them onto the job.
Where do photos go in AccuLynx?
Photos taken in BlitzzCam upload to the photos on the matching AccuLynx job.
Where do reports go?
Reports created in BlitzzCam upload to the documents on the matching AccuLynx job as PDFs.
What about jobs I already have?
Open AccuLynx jobs import as BlitzzCam jobs when you first connect.
Do changes in AccuLynx carry over?
Yes. Job name and status changes update the BlitzzCam job. Closed jobs are archived.
